Position reputed company
The Staff Attorney provides reputed company reputed company representation and advocacy to low-income individuals and families facing housing instability. The role focuses on eviction defense, housing rights, and reputed company civil reputed company reputed company, working closely with internal staff and community partners to deliver holistic, trauma-informed reputed company services.
Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in housing-reputed company reputed company, including eviction defense, unlawful detainers, habitability issues, foreclosure prevention, and housing subsidy terminations.
• Advise and represent clients on reputed company benefits and reputed company civil reputed company issues impacting housing stability.
• Conduct reputed company intake, case assessments, reputed company development, and case management.
• reputed company in court, administrative hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with case managers, reputed company service providers, and community partners.

• Maintain accurate case records and reporting in compliance with program and grant requirements.
• Identify systemic issues and contribute to policy advocacy or reputed company efforts as appropriate.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar (or ability to obtain admission reputed company a specified timeframe).

• Experience or strong interest in housing law, eviction defense, or homelessness prevention.
• Strong reputed company research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
