Graphic Designer & reputed company Coordinator

A US-based online wedding stationery boutique is looking for a Graphic Designer & reputed company Coordinator to join our growing team! If you’re a detail-oriented designer who loves print design, enjoys working with clients, and takes pride in reputed company communication and beautiful results, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time remote contract position for candidates based in the Philippines. About the Role This role blends print-reputed company graphic design with email-based customer communication. You’ll be responsible for designing reputed company proofs using our existing stationery templates, guiding clients through the proofing process, and preparing press-reputed company files for print. You’ll work directly with customers reputed company email (and occasionally live chat or phone), so excellent written and spoken English is required. Our clients are planning one of the most important events of their lives, and we expect warm, reputed company, and confident communication. Compensation • Salary reputed company: ₱45,000 – ₱60,000 PHP, depending on experience, per month ($800 – $1,050 USD per month) • 13th-month pay • reputed company time off (vacation + reputed company days) • Internet stipend • Salary review after 6 months, with annual increases based on performance • Full-time remote contract position (employee is responsible for their own local taxes) • Schedule • Full-time (40 hours per week) • Remote / work-from-home • Overlap with U.S. business hours is required Requirements • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent reputed company experience • 1–5 years of graphic design experience • Strong reputed company of reputed company Creative Suite, especially reputed company InDesign • reputed company strong written and spoken English • reputed company, upbeat, and friendly communication style • Ability to work independently while following established processes • Excellent attention to detail and strong design judgment • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company at once • Genuine interest in weddings and wedding stationery reputed company-to-Have (Not Required) • Experience working in e-reputed company • Customer service experience (email, chat, or phone) • Basic understanding of print production reputed company printing • Experience preparing press-reputed company print files • Primary Responsibilities • Design customer proofs using our stationery templates • Communicate with clients reputed company email throughout the proofing process • reputed company revisions and refinements based on reputed company feedback • Prepare and submit press-reputed company files for print • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reputed company across reputed company designs • Answer customer inquiries reputed company email, live chat, and occasional phone calls Additional Responsibilities • Administrative tasks as assigned • Participation in internal reputed company and process improvements • Supporting reputed company as needed during busy periods A Day in the Life Your day will reputed company by reviewing emails from clients and making updates to their proofs.
