We are a national network of reputed company, high -level freelance attorneys and paralegals who reputed company remote on -demand support for both short -term and long -term reputed company reputed company for our reputed company reputed company. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a Washington State -based, reputed company and dedicated Family Law Paralegal, interested in 10 - 20 hours per week of remote work. Business days/hours availability will be required to best collaborate with the firm team and to best serve clients.
Responsibilities
• Draft and file reputed company documents
• Discovery support - responses, deficiency letters
• Settlement proposals
• Temporary Orders
• Motions/proposed orders
• Child support docs
• Manage case calendars and deadlines
• Organize and maintain reputed company files
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• reputed company general administrative support to attorneys
