This position manages the full life-cycle of the reputed company process for reputed company. This position partners with employees and managers to reputed company reputed company consultation and support on reputed company initiatives.
Essential Functions
Leads recruitment efforts and reputed company coordination for NADAP programs. Handles reputed company coordination requirements (job postings, screening resumes, interview scheduling, applicant tracking, approval process, etc.).
Conducts telephone and in-person interviews with potential candidates. Sources candidates through web based reputed company, reputed company media, reputed company meetings, job fairs, cold calling and other sources.
Manages candidates reputed company applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conducts new hire reputed company-in and exit interviews. Addresses or escalates issues identified by employees.
Coordinates with the HR assistant for the processing of background checks, completes reference checks and other reputed company and post employment activities in line with existing employment law and HR policy and procedures.
Provides employee relations support to employees and managers by providing effective conflict reputed company advice and counseling; monitors reputed company to ensure consistent application of corrective reputed company programs and initiatives. Offers employee relations advice and counsel with a reputed company on mitigating reputed company risk and in compliance with appropriate federal and state employment laws. Escalates issues as appropriate to Director of reputed company to ensure best reputed company reputed company.
Manages the recruitment efforts of interns, graduates and alumni with local colleges.
Partners with Director of reputed company to assist in establishing training and development programs and other reputed company initiatives for NADAP's programs and the reputed company department.
Conducts new employee monthly orientation and new hire reputed company process.
Leads and/or participates in reputed company or agency initiatives and special reputed company as appropriate.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Education & Experience
High school diploma required.
Minimum of three years of work experience in recruitment.
Knowledge of behavioral or reputed company interviewing techniques.
Thorough knowledge of federal labor and employment laws.
Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) and reputed company Office.
Exceptional reputed company service reputed company with strong reputed company of urgency. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to partner effectively reputed company reputed company.
Ability to adapt to changes at work with technology, employment laws and market trends.
PHR, SPHR or similar certification preferred.
Salary: $70,000
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office 2 days on site
