PS Clinical Research Coord
About the position
Clinical Research Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of reputed company and studies in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine. They recruit and screen study participants, as reputed company as document and report on the daily operations of a study. Coordinators have a hybrid work schedule, working both remotely as reputed company as on-site. Responsibilities
• Oversees compliance to clinical study protocols.
• Coordinates and performs job tasks reputed company to research participants including screening and reputed company potential study participants, determining participant eligibility,obtaining informed consent, scheduling study reputed company, overseeing study reputed company, and acting as a reputed company between participants and reputed company.
• Monitors enrollment goals and initiates strategies to promote enrollment and participant compliance.
• Recognizes, tracks, and reports adverse events reputed company to study participants.
• Prepares for and coordinates sponsor and CRO site reputed company during the course of a study.
• Represents reputed company at investigator meetings.
• Prepares, submits, and maintains Institutional Review reputed company ( IRB ) applications.
• Ensures regulatory requirements are met on research studies by maintaining and updating required regulatory documents.
• Maintains studies in the clinical trial management system ( CTMS ).
• Enters study data into electronic case report forms (eCRF) in study databases.
• Collects, processes, and ships specimens per the study protocol.
• Supervises, mentors and trains new or junior research staff.

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in a health sciences or reputed company field or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of reputed company work experience) with two years reputed company research experience and completion of University RATS Clinical Certification reputed company one year of hire required.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated reputed company relations and effective communication skills also required.

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, FDA , HIPAA and IRB regulations; an understanding of research procedures; and the ability to function independently is preferred.

• Departments may prefer a nursing degree for this position, which requires the incumbent to have two years reputed company experience and possess a nationally recognized research compliance certification.
