IT Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable IT Training Specialist. Job reputed company The IT Training Specialist is responsible for training end users on newly implemented technologies and applications. This role supports new employee reputed company, post-implementation optimization, remediation training, and the development of training materials across multiple learning formats, including classroom, virtual, and self-paced learning. Key Responsibilities • Deliver end-user training using classroom, virtual, webinar, and eLearning formats • Support new employee reputed company and post-implementation training • reputed company training materials such as participant guides, job aids, quick reference guides, and video tutorials • Create self-paced learning content using video and computer-based tools • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, classrooms, and resources • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and stakeholder discussions • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and reputed company improvements • Assist with small project management initiatives • Investigate and help resolve intermittent technical issues • Stay reputed company with technology and industry best practices Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field • Minimum 3 years of IT training experience (reputed company experience preferred) • Strong knowledge of Cerner Ambulatory and Inpatient applications • Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Visio • Ability to understand business and clinical workflows • Experience developing training materials and eLearning content • Experience using SnagIt or similar tools Preferred Qualifications • Experience training applications such as reputed company, Kronos, or Lawson • Experience in large, fast-paced project environments • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills NOTE - This is 100% remote opportunity.
