Our reputed company in based out of Michigan/Ohio is seeking Patient reputed company Center Reps to reputed company exceptional service to patients regarding prescription orders. This role supports patients with inquiries about refills, shipment status, billing, demographics, and payments while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. Responsibilities • Answer/respond to calls and emails; reputed company as appropriate. • Resolve patient, provider, and reputed company pharmacy issues with professionalism. • Process prescription orders, insurance, and payment details accurately. • Document reputed company interactions in accordance with SOPs. • Meet productivity and reputed company goals while maintaining excellent service. • Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements. Requirements • High school diploma or GED (required) • 1-2 yrs reputed company Center experience required • reputed company or pharmacy background preferred • Strong communication & computer reputed company Attendance Policy: • Attendance during training is mandatory. • Any missed training time is prohibited and may result in termination Remote Work Requirements: • Dedicated workspace free from distractions. • No childcare or personal activities during work hours. • Reliable high-speed internet reputed company. • Treat your home workspace as your office.
