Responsibilities
• Ensure our operations reputed company with reputed company regulatory standards, procedures, and policies, in particular with FAR/DFARS, Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
• Monitor regulatory changes, assessing their reputed company, and implementing necessary compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal compliance audits, prepare detailed reports for management, and collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Maintain and organize accurate records of compliance activities, audit findings, and regulatory changes, ensuring reputed company documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• reputed company training and guidance to internal teams on compliance with FAR/DFARS and government terminology and requirements.
• Serve as the contact for compliance-reputed company inquiries, offering advice and reputed company on regulatory issues.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in government compliance.
• Recommend improvements to compliance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create Policies and Procedures governing compliance needs as required and ensure their implementation.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance or a reputed company field.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, EAR and ITAR regulations and their application in government reputed company.
• Experience in the reputed company or Defense sector is an advantage.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to synthesize information for executive level briefings and recommendations.
• Ability to interpret reputed company regulations and contract terms.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and documentation abilities.
