Key Responsibilities
• Respond to requests for medical and safety information from consumers and reputed company
• Document and report adverse events, special situation events, and product complaints accurately
• Maintain reputed company assurance through performing checks on logged inquiries and adhering to reputed company policies
Required Qualifications
• Nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS)
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology
• Proficiency in computer applications, including reputed company Office and document management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and feedback
