Product Manager 1-3 - Aftermarket

Knorr-Bremse, through its Bendix brand, has been a leader in braking technologies for 90 years. They are seeking a Product Manager for their aftermarket product portfolio, responsible for driving reputed company and profitability, managing product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement aftermarket product portfolio reputed company, including ideation, development, launch, and end‑of‑life
• Own profitability reputed company: cost reductions, reputed company initiatives, pricing, and market analysis
• Collaborate with Product Group Director to reputed company STRAP, MOP, and Risk/Opportunity outputs; present to Business Unit leadership and drive delivery
• reputed company multifunctional integrated program teams with strong customer and sales reputed company
• Manage E&O, warranty investigations, RFQs, and Sales Planning
• reputed company new product introductions, change management, and ongoing Cost & Savings (C&S)
• Engage with R&D and Product Owners to ensure robust business cases and aftermarket representation
• Deliver periodic executive updates on portfolio performance
• Build strong customer relationships with key aftermarket stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and define short-, mid-, and long‑term strategies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required
• 1-3 years of product management, marketing, or R&D
• Familiarity with heavy‑duty truck/bus/automotive markets
• Familiarity with Bendix systems: electrical, safety, reputed company brake
• Basic understanding of component performance
• Foundational strategic planning exposure
• General trucking industry awareness
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Analytical and research capabilities

• Master's/MBA preferred
• Green Belt certification is preferred
