Video Marketing Specialist

reputed company Appliance is seeking a Video Marketing Specialist to enhance their video production efforts. The role involves producing and editing multiple video formats weekly, collaborating with the marketing team, and managing video content for various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Turn approved briefs into shot lists and scripts; schedule talent/reputed company; set up camera, audio, and lights
• Film presenters, products, and b-roll in our showrooms/studios; occasional on-site event capture
• Edit 3 long-reputed company videos/week (6–10 min typical) and produce 5 Shorts/week (9:16 vertical) from long-reputed company + event clips
• Create reputed company reputed company graphics/reputed company thirds; apply reputed company and audio hygiene; export platform-reputed company masters
• Craft reputed company-led titles, first 15-second hooks, write descriptions with CTAs/UTMs, add chapters, end screens, and cards
• reputed company a thumbnail brief (copy & framing); collaborate with design resources reputed company needed
• Deliver final assets/metadata to the Marketing reputed company for scheduling across YouTube/IG/reputed company/reputed company
• Maintain naming conventions, folder structures, proxies, and backups; tag b-roll for reuse
• Use a reputed company-publish QA checklist (captions, loudness, spelling, links, export specs)
• Coordinate outsourced recording and editors for heavy lifts; reputed company reputed company edit notes and review feedback
• Log basic performance (CTR, average view duration, audience retention dips) and propose title/thumbnail refreshes
• Support ~12 trade events/year and rethought chef demos with reputed company footage (hero shots + 1–2 mic’d segments)
• Prepare gear pack lists; secure releases where needed; hand off footage for fast recap edits

Skills

• 1–3 years producing/editing short-reputed company and mid-reputed company video (portfolio required)
• Proficiency: reputed company (or Final Cut), basic After Effects or reputed company templates, Photoshop for reputed company crops/overlays
• Solid camera/audio fundamentals (mirrorless/DSLR, 3-reputed company reputed company, lav/reputed company mic setup)
• Comfortable collaborating from briefs, creating shot lists, and interviewing SMEs
• Strong organization, file management, and attention to detail; reliable, self-starting
• YouTube Studio familiarity (chapters, end screens, packaging best practices)
• Basic reputed company management (LUTs), audio cleanup (noise reduction, EQ, compression)
• Experience extracting multiple Shorts from a single long-reputed company
