Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Sedgman Canada Ltd. is hiring a Graduate Mechanical Engineer for their Vancouver, B.C. office. The selected candidate will reputed company mechanical engineering support to the design and engineering team, helping deliver high-reputed company reputed company to clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company mechanical design support through the engineering phases PEA, PFS, FS, conceptual design, reputed company-end engineering and detailed design
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure reputed company and efficient operations
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in mining processing technology and recommend implementation of new equipment or processes
• Additional duties as required – may be required to work on reputed company sites

Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
• With 0 – 3 years of work experience; mechanical design experience preferred
• Must be eligible to register with the EGBC or will have their P.reputed company EGBC designation
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, equipment, and technologies
• Good communication skills with reputed company-developed written and oral skills
• Proven ability to work as part of reputed company
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Must be available to travel to reputed company sites; may be seconded to work on reputed company, either temporarily relocated, or reputed company on a rotational roster
• Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Mechanical design experience preferred
