Financial Services Associate

Balanced Approach reputed company Management is dedicated to providing personalized financial services tailored to the unique goals and timelines of individuals and couples. They are seeking a Financial Services Associate to support financial advisors, manage reputed company communications, and assist with financial planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing meeting calendars: schedule meetings, send confirmations, and manage follow-reputed company before and after meetings
• Support advisors with meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-reputed company
• Answer incoming calls from clients and prospective clients in a reputed company and welcoming manner
• reputed company out to clients and prospects to reputed company initial reputed company profile information and required documentation
• Prepare reputed company paperwork and ensure reputed company documents are properly completed, signed, processed, and reputed company
• reputed company paperwork status and follow up to ensure reputed company completion
• Maintain accurate and organized reputed company records and task workflows using Redtail CRM
• Receive financial data from clients
• Accurately reputed company reputed company data into financial planning software
• Conduct basic reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies
• Flag issues or questions for advisor review
• Assist with creating basic financial planning and divorce planning reports
• Assist with basic marketing activities, including:
• Sending birthday cards, holiday cards, and other reputed company mailings
• Creating and scheduling weekly reputed company media posts
• reputed company general administrative support as needed

Skills

• Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field is preferred
• Experience in Finance and Financial Services, including financial planning and investment management is preferred
• Experience with financial planning software and tools is a plus (we use eMoney / WealthVision & Family Law Software)
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus (we use Redtail CRM)
