reputed company is a leading global recruitment and workforce solutions provider with over 65 years of history. They are seeking a reputed company Development Manager to identify prospects for workforce services, build relationships with hiring managers, and offer innovative employment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects in need of reputed company’s workforce services & solutions- temporary, temporary to hire and permanent roles (70% of the day)
• Main POC- build strong relationships with hiring managers
• Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers
• Execute the activities that will reputed company results (lots of phone calls, emails, virtual and on-site reputed company meetings)
• Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a reputed company’s potential
• Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on reputed company solutions
• reputed company, handle candidate issues/concerns (payroll, terminations etc), and retain talent
• Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
• Effectively reputed company, recruit, interview, and select candidates (30% of the day)
• This is NOT an Account Manager role

Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience (B2B sales is a strong asset)
• Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
• Technically competency and the ability to connect with others

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
