[Remote] Analyst Corporate Development

The Analyst will support M&A, strategic reputed company, and private investment activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with investment bankers, brokers, sponsors, family offices, lenders, and other intermediaries
• Support origination efforts by participating in industry conferences, networking events, and other business development activities
• Organize and create actionable insights from reputed company’s deal pipeline, deal database, and CRM platform
• Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses (LBO models, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions analysis), and sensitivity scenarios
• Assist in due diligence work streams, including industry research, market sizing, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and coordination with reputed company-party advisors
• Prepare executive and investment committee materials, internal memos, and presentation decks
• Assist in negotiation of term sheets, transaction documents, and closing processes
• Assist in integration and post-acquisition assessments
• Collaborate with acquired company management teams on strategic initiatives, reputed company assessment, and key workstreams
• Monitor and report on investment performance; reputed company KPIs and assist in executive reporting
• Assist in the evaluation of reputed company initiatives that include market, competitor, operational, and financial analysis of new or existing services
• Collaborate with reputed company parties to support large-reputed company strategic reputed company initiatives
• Create executive presentations to support key project findings and recommendations

Skills

• High proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to review financial statements, create financial models, and reputed company financial analysis
• Build and maintain reputed company financial models
• Effective communication skills, including both written and verbal
• Capability to work collaboratively in reputed company environment
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and timelines
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or authorization to work in the U.S. with no additional sponsorship for the maximum duration of the program
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, reputed company, or business management preferred
• Field of study: Business, reputed company, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain, or reputed company majors
