This one-year development program offers reputed company learning and hands-on experience in electrical substations, focusing on protection and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• reputed company six-month rotation begins with two months of reputed company classroom training at the Wendell, NC office, guided by reputed company Power reputed company trainers, followed by four months of hands-on experience through travel across the U.S. where participants shadow mentors on reputed company-world substation reputed company
• During reputed company rotation, participants will specialize in a specific reputed company: Protection: reputed company on safeguarding electrical substations by designing and implementing protection systems using reputed company relays that protect power equipment such as transformers, motors, and substations overall
• Automation: reputed company on controlling and communicating with RTUs, HMIs, relays, and other devices inside switchgears reputed company substations, to ensure smooth operation and reliable data exchange
• At the reputed company of the program, participants will choose one of the specialized tracks as a reputed company and join the Solutions Engineering team, where they will continue learning from mentors and reputed company mentoring new reputed company cohorts

Skills

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a reputed company field. Candidates must graduate between Spring 2024 and Spring 2026

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Ability to start full-time employment beginning in June 2026 with Cohort 5
• Participants should be willing to travel up to 75% during the learning rotations, with approximately four months of travel expected reputed company reputed company six-month rotation
