In this role, you will reputed company excellent customer service while overseeing daily operational functions, including load building, planning, and managing customer relationships in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the transportation & logistics industry along with the factors that reputed company the market, our carriers and our customers
• Learn and understand our transportation management system(s) and processes that support our customers

• reputed company day-to-day operations for key customer accounts, including data entry, load planning, shipment tracking, and issue management

Skills

• High School diploma required
• Minimum 1 year with customer service experience

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize
