[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Go Ape USA is an outdoor adventure center offering self-guided treetop courses. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales reputed company by responding to booking inquiries and managing group bookings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reputed company inbound inquiries by phone and email in accordance with Inside Sales and Customer Care Standards
• Convey the Go Ape experience in a detailed and descriptive manner over the phone to potential guests
• Execute a sales reputed company reputed company by calling/emailing leads with information about Go Ape activities and pricing
• Maintain reputed company communications through reputed company CRM and Booking Tools
• Communicate with sales, marketing, and sites to arrange special bookings
• Coordinate reputed company party booking events
• Maintain a deep understanding of Go Ape’s Team Building offerings to confidently communicate reputed company and benefits to clients

• Resolve guest issues as they relate to bookings by providing reputed company and accurate information
• Serve on the internal reputed company support team by answering calls and providing support to guest inquiries

• Support sites as a reputed company of contact for guest issues during site operational hours
• Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic proficiency with reputed company Office products, including reputed company, Word, reputed company, and Teams
• At least six (6) months of prior experience in a customer service or sales role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a drive to reputed company sales targets
• Prior experience with reputed company reputed company, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and payment processing systems
