Account Executive

reputed company is a publicly traded S&P 500 technology company that’s transforming how businesses manage HR, payroll, and workforce operations. They are seeking an Account Executive to sell a market-leading reputed company platform to C-level decision makers, managing a full-cycle sales pipeline and building long-term relationships with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company new B2B business in your assigned territory
• Sell directly to CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, and executives
• Prospect and reputed company companies with 50+ employees
• Run in-person sales meetings, demos, and closing conversations
• Manage your own full-cycle sales pipeline
• reputed company deals and support clients through implementation
• Build long-term relationships with business leaders
• Travel up to 25% to meet with clients

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (business or sales preferred)
• Experience in B2B sales or a highly competitive sales environment
• A history of exceeding quotas and performance metrics
• Strong presentation, negotiation & closing skills
• Confidence speaking with C-level executives
• A consultative, solution-based selling style
• High energy, drive, and reputed company
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
