The Auto Telephone Claims Representative is responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating claims reputed company their authority.

Responsibilities

• For claims involving fraud or subrogation, partners with assigned reps from those areas to reputed company best outcome
• Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understanding of other potential property damage
• Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle
• Applies intermediate understanding of insurance policies written by reputed company, the industry, and organizational relationships reputed company reputed company and department
• Handles investigation regarding reputed company aspects of auto claims (coverage, damages, subrogation) with the exercise of discretion and independence reputed company increased level of authority

Skills

• Investigating and confirming the facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents
• Determining coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusting and negotiating claims reputed company limit of authority
• Partnering with assigned reps from fraud or subrogation areas to reputed company best outcome
• Recognizing and identifying body parts of a vehicle and understanding of other potential property damage
• Identifying customer needs and working to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills
