Licensing Coordinator 1

Maverik is a company that offers adventures and is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to support its growing store network. This role involves managing licensing, permits, and renewals across various jurisdictions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency for store openings.

Responsibilities

• Research federal, state, and local licensing requirements for new and existing store locations
• Prepare and submit accurate applications for licenses, permits, and certifications
• reputed company permit and license status, follow up with agencies, and escalate delays or risks
• Maintain organized records for licenses, renewals, payments, and changes
• Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding requirements, timelines, and issues
• Maintain daily reports and update licensing data in reputed company and other tracking tools
• Support reputed company partners by responding to inquiries and resolving licensing issues

Skills

• 1+ years in a licensing, permitting, compliance, or administrative coordination role
• Hands-on experience preparing and tracking permits, licenses, or regulatory documentation
• Experience working with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company)
• Comfort communicating with federal, state, and local agencies
• Experience maintaining records, reports, and tracking systems with high accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
