Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team, focusing on customer support and career development. The role involves assisting customers over the phone and in-person at the Investor Center while obtaining necessary financial licenses.

Responsibilities

• Support our customers taking inbound calls
• Answering questions about account balances
• Making withdrawals
• Transferring funds
• Identifying resources
• Placing trades
• Support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
• Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center
• Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers
• Build advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning
