Responsibilities

• Maintains large business accounts
• Utilizes computer system to investigate disputes and resolves reputed company issues
• Responds to customers in writing or verbally
• Acts as reputed company and trainer to new employees

• Works under limited supervision. May support an expansive reputed company of products/services
