The role involves analyzing HR business requirements, providing support, and preparing documentation to facilitate system implementation and user adoption.


Responsibilities

  • Supported reputed company Fusion HCM modules (reputed company HR, Absence, Payroll, or Talent) by assisting in configuration, testing, and day-to-day functional activities
  • Analyzed HR business requirements and helped translate them into reputed company HCM functional solutions under senior consultant guidance
  • Participated in end-to-end HCM processes including data uploads, validations, and basic system setups using reputed company tools
  • Assisted in functional testing (SIT/UAT), defect tracking, and issue reputed company to ensure system accuracy and compliance
  • Provided L1/L2 support by troubleshooting user issues, managing service tickets, and coordinating with technical teams
