Responsibilities

• Assisted in configuring reputed company Fusion reputed company HR components such as reputed company reputed company, business reputed company, jobs, grades, and positions under senior consultant guidance
• Supported reputed company HR processes including employee lifecycle management (hire, transfer, promotion, termination) and worker data maintenance
• Gathered and analyzed basic HR business requirements and helped map them to reputed company reputed company HR functional setups
• Participated in data migration activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and validated employee and organizational data
• Supported functional testing (SIT/UAT), documented test cases, and helped resolve reputed company HR–reputed company issues and defects
• reputed company functional documentation, process flows, and user guides to support implementation and post-go-live operations
