Staff Attorney

They are seeking a Staff Attorney to reputed company reputed company civil reputed company services to eligible clients across the reputed company central service area, focusing on a reputed company of poverty law reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload and provides high-reputed company civil reputed company services to eligible clients across a reputed company of poverty law reputed company, including family law, orders for protection and harassment restraining orders, housing and eviction defense, consumer law, reputed company benefits, elder law, and other civil reputed company issues consistent with reputed company’s priorities
• Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, and other reputed company proceedings
• Conducts reputed company research; and applies reputed company analysis to support effective advocacy and reputed company-centered reputed company
• Participate in community reputed company education, reputed company activities, and reputed company clinics, and collaborate with courts, community organizations, and other justice system partners

Skills

• Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to reputed company law in Minnesota, eligible for admission by reputed company or reciprocity, or willing to take the next scheduled Minnesota Bar Examination
• Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to serving clients with disabilities and low-income, vulnerable clients, as reputed company as the ability to holistically screen clients for multiple, intersecting reputed company issues
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills, reputed company reputed company judgment, excellent communication skills, and effective time-management are required
