Business Licensing Coordinator
The Davey Tree Expert Company is growing and seeking a Business Licensing Coordinator for their Tax department. The role involves overseeing the business licensing process, acting as a liaison between field operations and the licensing team, and ensuring timely acquisition and renewal of licenses.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the business licensing process with our third-party licensing team for several domestic entities
- Act as the point person between our field operations and third-party licensing team to ensure that any new required licenses are secured, and relevant existing licenses are renewed, timely
- Research requirements for obtaining new licenses, by jurisdiction, as needed
- Provide license copies to field personnel, timely
- Clerical level position
Skills
- High school diploma
- Previous licensing or clerical experience is a plus but not required
