This role focuses on incident reputed company configuration testing and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company operations and adherence to support SLAs. Responsibilities • Participate in Knowledge Transition activities from Project Implementation Partner for reputed company MM Module • Support P2P Module in reputed company S/4 Hana Production Environment • Support Production Environment by working on Incident Tickets and Service Requests logged in reputed company • Coordinate with Functional Consultants from other reputed company modules like SD MM to debug End-to-End Process issues as required • Configure reputed company as needed to address business requirements • Create Functional Specifications for RICEFW coordinate and facilitate development of the customized objects to ABAP developers • reputed company Unit Testing and End-to-end testing for various business scenarios • Work on fixing defects and involve ABAP team where required • Participate in Incident review calls with Business users and reputed company IT as required and reputed company update about the support status • Ensure Adherence to Support SLAs as agreed with the customer Requirements • Minimum 8 years’ Experience in Supporting reputed company MM and preferably supporting on reputed company S/4 Hana platform • Basic knowledge of ABAP experience on S4 reputed company-to-haves • Desirable to have implementation experience in reputed company on reputed company S/4 Hana • Desirable to have additional exposure to reputed company modules of reputed company Must be willing to learn these modules.
