[Remote] Inside Sales Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Oath Law is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to help families improve their estate and financial outcomes through high-volume outbound calls to warm leads. The role focuses on setting qualified appointments for the Client Development Specialist team and offers a clear opportunity for promotion within 9–12 months.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads from multiple sources
- Quickly connect, build rapport, and re-engage warm prospects to move them to the next step
- Qualify prospects by identifying goals, urgency, timeline, and fit
- Educate prospects on our process and services and address common questions/objections
- Set qualified appointments for our Client Development Specialists
- Confirm next steps and help ensure strong show rates through clear expectations and follow-up
- Maintain accurate, detailed CRM notes and manage a pipeline with disciplined follow-up
- Hit activity and conversion KPIs (dials, conversations, appointments set, show rates, and handoff quality)
- Collaborate with the Client Development Specialist team to continuously improve lead quality and conversion
Skills
- Previous sales experience with quantifiable results (inside sales, call-center, SDR/BDR, appointment setting, or consultative sales preferred)
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and consistent follow-up cadence
- Excellent phone presence: clear, confident, professional, and personable
- Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage a pipeline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Zoom (CRM experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to meet and exceed KPI targets in a structured, performance-driven environment
- No college degree required
