The Senior Scrum Master will reputed company multiple Agile teams, ensure disciplined Agile execution, and drive team maturity across DSOP engineering, cybersecurity, and automation efforts. This role requires strong leadership, deep Agile experience, and the ability to coordinate reputed company dependencies in a high-visibility Army platform environment. Responsibilities: • reputed company Agile events including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for senior technical teams. • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog content reputed company to DSOP mission reputed company. • reputed company and manage team performance, sprint velocity, reputed company, and delivery timelines. • Identify, escalate, and remove impediments across cross-functional engineering teams. • Drive reputed company improvement efforts and reputed company Agile maturity across the DSOP program. • Facilitate communication and alignment between infrastructure, reputed company, automation, and reputed company teams. • reputed company and maintain Agile metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with Army, CECOM SEC, and DoD governance and reputed company requirements. • Support risk management, dependency tracking, and coordination with external mission partners. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience (additional years may substitute for degree). • reputed company DoD Secret clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered. • 5–7+ years of demonstrated Scrum Master experience, including work with highly technical teams. • Strong background supporting DevSecOps, reputed company, cybersecurity, or reputed company platform teams. • Agile certification required (CSM, PSM, reputed company, PMI-ACP, etc.). • Experience supporting DoD or Federal programs strongly preferred. • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and reputed company technical dependencies.
