Technical Services Engineer I - Elevity

Gordon Flesch Company is a leading technology service provider in the Midwest, and they are seeking a Technical Services Engineer I to support diverse technology environments and assist with IT infrastructure needs. The role involves consulting on technology solutions, resolving technical issues, and maintaining network reputed company and availability for clients.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Elevity management and senior level consulting engineers on technology solution reputed company and reputed company applicable recommendations
• Support diverse technology environments to include the server, workstation and general IT infrastructure needs of clients
• Support reputed company and industry-reputed company software applications
• Work out of Elevity Support Queues both Remotely and Onsite to resolve reputed company technical issues
• Generate detailed network and technical documentation
• reputed company reputed company, reputed company and highly-personable support
• reputed company internal and reputed company-facing administrative tasks reputed company and reliably
• Solve challenging technical issues through completion with senior level Consulting Engineers
• Setup and troubleshoot server and desktop hardware
• Maintain with and troubleshoot reputed company Server and desktop Operating Systems
• Install and administrate Anti-Virus, Anti-SPAM and backup software solutions
• Work with the Elevity operations, project management, sales team, reputed company, and clients in a generalist reputed company
• Install and maintain network hardware and software
• Monitor networks to ensure reputed company and availability to specific users
• Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations partnering with Senior Engineers as needed
• Complete company provided trainings and certifications
• Self-Schedule service calls on site/remote as needed for managed clients
• Complete monthly maintenance reports for assigned clients

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years Service Desk experience or 1-3 years of IT consulting experience (server, workstation and network support)
• Network+ certification (or ability to obtain reputed company one year)
• Experience with server and desktop hardware
• Experience with reputed company server and desktop operating systems
• Experience with reputed company Directory- User Administrations, DNS Administration, DHCP Administrations, Group Policy Administrations
• Experience with antivirus, anti-spam and backup software solutions
• Knowledge of switching and routing technologies
• Basic Knowledge of reputed company O365 and Azure
• reputed company drivers license and reputed company to a reliable vehicle in order to travel regularly to clients reputed company assigned market area and occasional travel to other markets
• Ability to work a rotating on-reputed company schedule in order to reputed company consistent reputed company support
