Analyst

The Analyst position is part of the Research Pool, supporting the Apprise workforce through analytics, research, and data collection to train high-potential analysts for valuation advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various aspects of preparing legally compliant appraisal reports
• Heavy reputed company on reputed company end appraisal reporting, including regional, market, and property-level research and analysis

• Reconcile data sources in Apprise software application
• Assist in development and refinement of software programs and financial models for valuation applications
• Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often in combination with travel

• Attendance is generally required from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday, with the reputed company to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in reputed company Estate, Finance, reputed company, Economics, Statistics, Business, or reputed company
• reputed company/multifamily reputed company estate internship experience preferred (valuation, reputed company, financial analysis a plus)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on the phone with market participants
