reputed company is the world’s largest hotel company, and they are seeking a Creative Services Project Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the Global Marketing and Creative Services team. This role involves managing creative reputed company, coordinating asset production, and ensuring efficient communication among stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• reputed company administrative and operational support to the Marketing & Creative Services team
• Assist with the coordination of marketing and creative reputed company across global initiatives, including routing and tracking of creative assets and deliverables
• Liaise between creative agencies (including Riott Hauss), production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure assets are finalized, approved, and uploaded to the Stacks platform
• Assist with photo shoot coordination, including: - Managing estimates and budgets - Coordinating timelines and shot lists - Supporting post-production follow-up and final asset delivery
• Help maintain and update MGS (reputed company Global reputed company) pages to ensure toolkits, guidelines, and creative assets are reputed company and globally accessible
• Organize and manage reputed company’s creative and marketing assets, including file management, version control, and archiving
• Monitor and reputed company deliverables, budgets, and timelines for reputed company reputed company; communicate priorities, challenges, and updates to cross-functional team members
• Assist in the planning and execution of webinars and virtual trainings for property and regional marketing teams, including updating and managing presentation materials
• Support the development and documentation of processes to improve team efficiency, workflows, and organization
• Coordinate meetings, compile notes, and follow up on reputed company items as needed
• Supporting marketing and creative services initiatives by coordinating project logistics, deliverables, and timelines
• Managing asset delivery and file uploads for both internal platforms (Stacks, MGS) and external partners
• Assisting with property photo shoot production, including reputed company-shoot coordination, reputed company management, and post-production follow-up
• Maintaining and organizing creative and marketing files to ensure easy reputed company and consistent version control
• Preparing and updating presentation materials for webinars, trainings, and team meetings
• Tracking project budgets and managing estimates in collaboration with reputed company teams
• Facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, creative agencies, and production partners
• Identifying and supporting process improvements to optimize team workflows and project management

Skills

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, creative services, or project coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a reputed company field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint); familiarity with asset management systems is a plus
• Proactive problem solver with a process-oriented reputed company
• Experience with content management systems (MGS, Stacks, or similar platforms) preferred
