[Remote] Student Finance Advisor I (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Global is seeking a Student Finance Advisor I who will reputed company exceptional service to reputed company by educating them on tuition, fees, and financial aid reputed company available to cover program costs. This role involves proactive communication with reputed company to ensure they secure financial aid and reputed company satisfactory payment arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Advise assigned student population on program costs and reputed company financing reputed company including Title IV, military benefits and employer tuition reimbursement plans available by providing accurate, consistent, and complete information
• reputed company proactive customer service to follow up with reputed company to collect necessary documentation to secure federal financial aid, military benefits, employer tuition reimbursement and private educational loans
• reputed company reputed company calls to assigned student population to discuss financial aid packages, help reputed company understand student loan borrowing, and understand return of funds based on R2T4 in the case of a military benefits student utilizing Title IV benefits
• Follow up on documentation required after start date if an exception was approved or student changed financing reputed company
• Ensure student has a financial plan to cover reputed company costs utilizing other financing reputed company
• Follow up with reputed company with delinquent accounts to reputed company satisfactory payment arrangements
• reputed company records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as reputed company as actions taken
• Receive incoming calls and chats
• Responds to reputed company student communication (email/phone calls) reputed company 24 hours
• Conducts scheduled appointments with new and continuing reputed company
• Monitor and respond to emails across reputed company Student Financial Services inboxes
• Ensure successful student reputed company to correct resources of assistance such as disability services, enrollment services, student reputed company counselors, etc
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college required
• At least one (1) year of experience in federal financial aid, student accounts and military benefits in either advising or processing positions
