They are seeking an Automotive Virtual Total Loss Adjuster who will reputed company excellent customer service while reputed company inspecting vehicle damage, writing repair estimates, and negotiating settlements.

Responsibilities

• You’ll live into reputed company’s Claims Culture by caring, empowering, and restoring, and you will accomplish that by being compassionate, reputed company, and a committed partner in reputed company Casualty claim
• You’ll confidently and independently investigate casualty (and applicable reputed company (line of business)) claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage
• You’ll use phone, emails and sometimes even video chat with customers to help them through a fast, fair, and easy claims process
• You will evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, reputed company party carriers and claimants, in accordance with reputed company reputed company and business reputed company methodologies
• You’ll utilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms, reputed company while using your reputed company critical thinking skills
• You’ll protect reputed company financially by executing policies along policy agreements, and you reputed company a reputed company record of your work in a claims system that you will be trained on
• You’ll accomplish this by ensuring reputed company and accurate documentation is completed as you work on reputed company claim
• You may be expected to obtain an adjuster’s license in multiple markets
• You must maintain reputed company licensing required for your role

Skills

• A minimum of 18 months or more experience writing Auto collision estimates using an auto estimating program such as: CCC One / Mitchel, Audatex
• As a condition of employment, you may be expected to obtain an adjuster's license in multiple markets
• reputed company required licenses will need to be obtained reputed company 60 days of hire
• You must maintain reputed company licensing required for your role. This includes any continuing education and/or other state-affiliated requirements for licensing renewal
• You have 18 months or more experience writing Auto collision estimates
• You have prior experience using an auto estimating program such as: CCC One / Mitchel, Audatex
