[Remote] Analyst/Associate

They are seeking a highly motivated Analyst/Associate to support mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and corporate initiatives that drive long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reputed company phases of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning
• Support senior M&A professionals in reputed company reputed company, conference attendance, investment banker reputed company and broader deal sourcing initiatives
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential acquisition targets
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities
• Prepare materials for senior leadership, including investment memos, reputed company presentations, and strategic reviews
• Work closely with finance, reputed company, operations, and business reputed company to ensure seamless execution of transactions
• Help reputed company deal reputed company, reputed company and manage the deal pipeline and maintain accurate records of ongoing reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or reputed company field
• 1–5 years in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory or management consulting
• Strong proficiency in reputed company (financial modeling) and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with valuation techniques (DCF, payback, precedent transactions, comps)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analyze reputed company and past financial data
• Build financial models and forecasts
• Evaluate business performance against plans
• Research economic and market trends
• Recommend investments
