Associate Product Manager
CreatorIQ is the operating system for creator-led growth trusted by over 1,300 global brands and agencies. The Associate Product Manager will collaborate across core areas of the platform, taking ownership of product features and contributing throughout the full product lifecycle to shape meaningful experiences for both creators and customers.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product features from early exploration through launch, with growing autonomy and support as you develop in the role
- Contribute to roadmap planning for payments, affiliate workflows, and creator tools by synthesizing data, research, and customer insights
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing partners to co-create thoughtful, high-quality product experiences
- Translate user needs and technical considerations into clear, well-structured product requirements appropriate to your level
- Experiment with and iterate on ideas—using AI-powered tools where helpful—to learn quickly and validate solutions
- Participate in customer conversations to better understand challenges, motivations, and opportunities for improvement
- Support product operations and delivery across multiple active initiatives, helping teams stay aligned and effective
Skills
- 1–2+ years of experience in product analytics, product management, product marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinker who can break down complex problems and synthesize insights
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bolt) for research, prototyping, or workflow acceleration
- Curiosity and aptitude for technical work—understanding APIs, writing simple scripts, and learning new technical tools quickly
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with engineering, design, and customers
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing multiple workstreams, and learning rapidly
- Experience with data analysis and knowledge of frameworks and tools, like SQL and Excel
- Familiarity with creator tools, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or fintech/payments
- Exposure to UX and design processes; comfort with tools like Figma
- Technical or computer science coursework, bootcamp experience, or similar practical exposure
- Ability to conduct customer research and synthesize insights effectively
