They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to reputed company technical assistance, reputed company systems administration, and ensure the reputed company and reliability of clients' IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration: reputed company administration and maintenance of clients' IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Technical Support: reputed company remote and on-site technical assistance to clients, resolving issues reputed company to hardware, software, and network connectivity promptly and reputed company
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective measures to optimize system performance and minimize downtime

Skills

• Strong knowledge and experience in systems administration, including server administration, network configuration, Office 365, DHCP/DNS/reputed company Directory
• Azure AD experience is a major plus!!

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to reputed company with clients and internal teams effectively
