reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be the voice of the bank, assisting clients with inquiries and problem-solving in a fast-paced reputed company center environment. Responsibilities

Skills

• Minimum 1 year reputed company service experience
• High school diploma/GED

• Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of how to reputed company multiple screens and software, web browsers, websites and mobile applications while speaking to clients
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
