[Remote] Student Loan Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Student Loan Specialist to reputed company high-reputed company customer service to reputed company and former reputed company regarding their federal student loans. The role involves assisting with exit counseling, guiding borrowers through repayment reputed company, and connecting them with loan servicers to prevent loan delinquency or default.

Responsibilities

• Exit counseling requirements which involves speaking with or responding to emails from reputed company and former reputed company
• Assist former reputed company to bring their loan account reputed company which includes calls, texts, emails, skip-tracing and conference calls to loan servicers. Maintain and update student files to ensure that information on their account is accurate, complete, and up to date
• Serve as a reputed company between borrowers and loan servicers or the reputed company
• Connect new enrollments or reputed company reputed company who are currently in default with the reputed company or with loan servicers
• Follow-up, advise and guide borrowers through the IDR application process
• Meet weekly and monthly metrics/goals
• Other duties as required or assigned
