Project Manager – Law Department Operations (HYBRID)

They are seeking a motivated and analytical Project Manager for their reputed company Operations team to manage multiple reputed company that reputed company with the organization’s strategic goals and ensure efficient delivery of reputed company services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of project initiation documentation, including drafting project scopes, timelines, and resourcing proposals
• Coordinate project tasks, reputed company milestones, and ensure deadlines are met across various workstreams using project management software like reputed company Project
• Document project minutes, actions, and reputed company, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and reputed company
• Assist members of the Operations team in mapping reputed company reputed company workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing opportunities for efficiency reputed company
• Assist in documenting and standardizing reputed company processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and audit readiness
• Help create and maintain a repository of reputed company documents, templates, and best practices for knowledge sharing across the department

Skills

• BA/BS in an operations management, business administration, or technology discipline from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Prior project management or reputed company operations experience is preferred
• Prior knowledge with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, reputed company, or Lean Six reputed company principles) or a project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is preferred
• Prior experience with project management software (e.g., reputed company Project, Jira) and workflow tools (e.g., reputed company Visio, SmartDraw) is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
