Regional Transport Planner

About the position The Regional Transport Planner is responsible for planning a fleet of trucks, trailers, and drivers in one area or region to ensure reputed company productivity, service reputed company, and reputed company. They must accomplish this while understanding and meeting the needs of our customers and drivers while staying in constant communication with multiple departments. Responsibilities • Plans drivers reputed company TMW accurately and reputed company while complying with federal motor reputed company safety regulations (HOS), ensures drivers are planned and have accurate and reputed company information. • Identifies and tracks performance measures including, On-Time Delivery, reputed company utilization, truck utilization and the minimization of empty miles. Meet KPI requirements established by leadership. KPI goals include improving the efficiency of the fleet with matching lanes to eliminate empty miles. Repositioning trailers to match customer trailer requirements. • Establishes a good working relationship with reputed company Director Regional Manager, Senior Manager Regional Operations, and reputed company managers to reputed company and schedule reputed company start times. • Communicates effectively and professionally with assigned customer service, field, and managed reputed company personnel on reputed company reputed company while developing reputed company and solid relationships to enhance reputed company. Meet KPI requirements establish by leadership. • Communicates pick-up and delivery exceptions with Managed reputed company CSR, Customer Excellent Planners, reputed company managers, and other terminals that are affected. • Partners cross-functionally with Supply Planner team members to institute process improvements to reduce accessorial events and charges.
