Figma Designer + Frontend UI Developer

• *Figma Designer + Frontend UI Developer Needed (Design → Pixel-Perfect Build)** We are looking for a senior designer who can both **design in Figma and build the UI frontend exactly as designed**. This is not a concept-only role and not a handoff-only role. You will own the UI from design to implementation. • *What you will be doing** • Designing UI screens in Figma from requirements • Following strict alignment, spacing, and grid rules • Creating clean, consistent components • Building the frontend UI to match Figma 1:1 • Ensuring pixel-perfect implementation with no visual drift • Fixing spacing, alignment, and responsiveness issues directly in code • *Required skills** • Strong Figma skills • Strong frontend development skills • Proven ability to translate Figma to pixel-perfect UI • Deep understanding of spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy • Comfortable working from specs and constraints • Executes without arguing design intent • *Tech stack (must have experience with at least most of these)** • React or Next.js • Tailwind or modern CSS systems • Component-based UI development • Responsive layouts • *What this role is NOT** • Not just a designer handing off files • Not just a frontend dev guessing from mockups • Not open-ended design exploration • Not subjective or artistic interpretation • *How we work** • Clear requirements • Fixed scope per screen or feature • Direct feedback • High quality bar • No endless revisions Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
