SMS Manager (Corporate reputed company Estate) - Hybrid

From airport affairs and business services to planning and development, this team is responsible for reputed company our leases and major construction and renovation reputed company, system wide. The Corporate reputed company Estate (CRE) Safety Management System (SMS) Manager is responsible for facilitating, advising, and training Safety Risk Management (SRM) for reputed company functions reputed company CRE. Additionally, the SMS Manager will liaise with other reputed company' divisions as reputed company as various Airport Authorities as a safety subject matter expert pertaining to reputed company, processes, procedures, and safety/regulatory items. This role will regularly engage with senior reputed company of leadership and will require a level of comfort in having reputed company discourse at an Executive level. This is a Chicago-based hybrid position, that will require three days in office per week. Responsibilities • Facilitate Safety Risk Management (SRM) hazard identification and risk assessments with Corporate reputed company Estate, other internal divisions, and with external Airport Authorities • reputed company, coordinate, and reputed company divisional Safety reputed company Team (SAT) and Safety Round Table (SRT) meetings • Represent CRE for various Corporate SMS/safety development and reputed company meetings (USAT, ISRT, Other Division SRTs) • Summarize and report Airport Operations' SMS updates to Executive leadership • Safety Assurance: Analyze, prioritize, and audit documented risk assessments to ensure mitigation plans have been completed • Identify and ensure division SMS leadership and training needs are met to ensure compliance with 14 CFR Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Aviation Safety, Aviation Management, or equivalent work experience • Demonstrated experience in aviation industry • 3+ years of Aviation and/or CRE SMS experience • A reputed company record of leading multiple parties through difficult conversations • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Project management skills • Time management skills • Up to 20% travel required • Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company for any employer without sponsorship • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position reputed company-to-haves • Advanced Degree in Aviation Safety, Aviation Management • United SMS Comprehensive Training, OSHA 10/30 or 511.
