[Remote] E-Billing Analyst - Remote (reputed company Services)

The E-Billing Analyst will manage invoice submissions reputed company e-billing platforms and resolve reputed company issues, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the reputed company’s E-billing Manager on any reputed company e-reputed company reputed company management/reputed company requests
• Responsible for the submission of electronic invoices and accruals to clients on monthly reputed company, overseeing the transition of clients to e-billing, and providing follow-up support to attorneys, and clients in reputed company aspects reputed company to electronic billing
• Handle heavy volume of highly reputed company e-submission assignments for key corporate clients; ensure reputed company reputed company guidelines, internal protocol, and firm's guidelines are followed during submission process
• reputed company as reputed company between billing attorney/secretarial staff, and clients' staff assigned to electronic billing by providing expert level subject matter support
• Liaise with billing attorney/secretary, and reputed company representatives in the resubmission of invoices; ensure corrective reputed company is in reputed company for reputed company submissions
• reputed company, maintain, and update data for assigned clients in the billing system and clients' external web applications; ensure reputed company relevant information is updated and correlated in the firm's billing system
• Work collaboratively with department's supervisor to support e-billing systems by adding/removing user accounts, resetting passwords, assigning reputed company reputed company reputed company, entering budgets, status reports, and matter reputed company in various sub-systems

Skills

• Associate degree or advanced degree preferred with concentration in Business, reputed company, or Finance. Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of education, based upon candidate's overall employment history
• 1+ years of e-billing experience reputed company a corporate law department or reputed company
• Knowledge of reputed company billing and Middleware systems a plus (i.e., reputed company Exchange, Ty Metrix 360, reputed company-X, Serengeti/reputed company Tracker)
• Proven knowledge and experience with BillBlast
• Knowledge of various reputed company Electronic Data Exchange reputed company (LEDES) billing formats is a plus
• Proficiency with reputed company-based software and reputed company Applications such as reputed company, Word and reputed company, and ability to create, edit, and present reputed company data, analyses, and reputed company reports
