They are seeking a highly organized assistant to support the President, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and managing high-level priorities across talent and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with talent, brands, agents, partners, and internal teams
• Communicate regularly with high-profile digital creators assisting in reputed company aspects of their business
• Manage and optimize the President’s calendar and schedule

• Book and manage travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)

Skills

• 1+ year experience as an executive assistant, assistant, coordinator, or operations support at an agency, management firm, media co, or similar creator economy company
• Extremely strong organizational and time-management skills
