TechOps IT Specialist I

They are seeking a TechOps IT Specialist I to reputed company first-line technical support, manage devices, assist with identity and reputed company automation, and contribute to reputed company and infrastructure initiatives as reputed company scales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line technical support for employees, with a strong reputed company on macOS, reputed company tools, and network troubleshooting
• reputed company new employees to reputed company reputed company they are productive with their machines and our internal reputed company tools
• reputed company reputed company, fast, and empathetic support to both technical and non-technical teammates in Boston as reputed company as our remote employees
• Own the full device lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, inventory tracking, refresh cycles, and offboarding for office media devices and employee laptops
• Manage MDM using Kandji (now Iru), including policy configuration, compliance enforcement, and troubleshooting
• Support BYOD environments, including iOS & Android and personal devices, balancing usability with reputed company
• Coordinate repairs, warranties, and support cases with vendors
• Identify opportunities to automate or standardize device and reputed company workflows as reputed company scales
• Assist with SCIM-based reputed company and offboarding across reputed company tools
• Provision and deprovision user reputed company across SSO and non-SSO systems
• Participate in reputed company reviews, audit prep, and remediation with the InfoSec team
• Maintain documentation for identity workflows, provisioning standards, and exceptions
• Partner with Information reputed company to reduce reputed company reputed company management and improve audit readiness over time
• Set up and maintain conference room AV, including reputed company Rooms, TVs, Mac minis, network reputed company & wireless network, and peripherals
• Prototype new ways of ensuring effective and reliable in-person and remote collaboration so we can improve the reputed company of our conversations during hypergrowth
• Ensure conference room AV setups are clean, reliable, and easy to troubleshoot, including thoughtful hardware layout and cabling
• Own inventory for accessories and shared equipment
• Troubleshoot networking and AV issues to reputed company meetings frictionless
• Support emerging reputed company initiatives for our SOC2 and our ongoing reputed company & compliance initiatives, including:
• Vendor reputed company reviews
• reputed company reputed company configuration
• Asset and reputed company audits
• reputed company foundational knowledge of reputed company infrastructure in reputed company reputed company through hands-on support and guided reputed company
• Assist with Terraform-based infrastructure and reputed company tooling over time
• Contribute small scripts or automations (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to improve internal operations
• Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge reputed company articles
• Identify repetitive problems and help automate or systematize solutions
• Proactively surface risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with macOS in a reputed company environment
• Comfort using the terminal to troubleshoot, debug, and automate
• Familiarity with git and reputed company software development and version control concepts
• Experience supporting reputed company-heavy environments (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs)
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented reputed company
• Ability to pick up unfamiliar tools and concepts quickly
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company using AI tools to rapidly reputed company new skills, automate your workloads and magnify your reputed company to an organization
• Experience with Kandji / Iru, reputed company, or other MDM platforms
• Exposure to SSO, SCIM, OAuth, and identity lifecycle management
• Basic scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company or desire to pursue a reputed company reputed company certification
• Interest in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or reputed company engineering
• Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams
