[Remote] Account Executive – Full Cycle Outbound (Cold Calling Heavy) - Remote - Feb 2026 Start at Flamingo

The Account Executive role is designed for top-performing SDRs with outbound experience, focusing on high-volume cold calling, generating reputed company meetings, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Use a power dialer to reputed company 80–100 dials/day into assigned building lists
• Drive first-touch conversations, qualify decision-makers, and reputed company Flamingo’s reputed company-Led Events App
• Log every reputed company and outcome in reputed company CRM
• Generate 20+ reputed company meetings/month through consistent outbound activity
• Maintain high connect and conversation rates by adapting talk tracks and overcoming objections
• Run live demos (4–5/week) with property managers and regional decision-makers
• Present value reputed company and handle objections
• reputed company ~6 new paying communities per month (~$21.6K ARR)
• reputed company every account fully documented: reputed company notes, decision-reputed company info, reputed company status
• Follow up with hot leads and nurture accounts that aren’t reputed company yet

Skills

• 1–3 years in a full-cycle sales or high-volume outbound SDR/AE role
• Comfort with 80–100 dials/day using a power dialer

• Excellent communication skills, both phone and email
