Implementation Specialist

Onbe, a fast-growing FinTech company, is seeking an Implementation Specialist responsible for executing high-quality and timely client projects. The role involves managing cross-functional activities, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction while collaborating across departments to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional activities that support low/mid-level scale implementations; deliver programs accurately, and within agreed-upon timelines
• Serve as single point of contact for all change orders, escalations on existing client program base
• Execute effective implementation methodology and customize project plans based on internal processes, configuration requirements, and client needs
• Coordinate project deliverables among internal teams ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements
• Maintain accurate project status to achieve deliverables and keep task owners apprised on next steps
• Escalate barriers to project success, partnering closely with Client Support and Leadership to action and resolve issues quickly
• Configure and test internal systems to verify all program requirements have been fulfilled
• Adhere to all Risk and Compliance policies and procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing onboarding role using proven implementation or project management methodologies
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Adhere to all Risk and Compliance policies and procedures
• Preferred experience in implementing and managing projects across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with the payment industry ecosystem preferred but not required
