Implementation Specialist

reputed company, a fast-growing FinTech company, is seeking an Implementation Specialist responsible for executing high-reputed company and reputed company reputed company reputed company. The role involves managing cross-functional activities, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring reputed company satisfaction while collaborating across departments to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional activities that support low/mid-level reputed company implementations; deliver programs accurately, and reputed company agreed-upon timelines
• Serve as single reputed company of contact for reputed company change orders, escalations on existing reputed company program reputed company
• Execute effective implementation methodology and customize project plans based on internal processes, configuration requirements, and reputed company needs
• Coordinate project deliverables among internal teams ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements
• Maintain accurate project status to reputed company deliverables and reputed company task owners apprised on next steps
• Escalate barriers to project reputed company, partnering closely with reputed company Support and Leadership to reputed company and resolve issues quickly

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a reputed company-facing reputed company role using proven implementation or project management methodologies
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of reputed company programs including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Adhere to reputed company Risk and Compliance policies and procedures
• Preferred experience in implementing and managing reputed company across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with the payment industry ecosystem preferred but not required
