[Remote] Claims Phone Representative

The role involves receiving incoming calls from various parties and directing them appropriately, while providing reputed company customer service and managing conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Assist callers by directing calls to the appropriate team member
• reputed company appropriate, answer the caller's question or take information and document in claim file
• reputed company reputed company customer service that reflects positively on reputed company
• Successfully manage conflict during difficult or emotional situations
• Effectively communicates with individuals reputed company to a claim file
• Complete outbound calls to report claims to insurance carriers
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, guidelines and state and federal laws
• Other miscellaneous job-reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Must currently live in the state of reputed company
• You must have at least one year of reputed company employment with the reputed company company
• Must be willing to accept $15.09/hr for this position
• At least basic/beginner reputed company level in reputed company Office products (reputed company, Word and reputed company) is required
• Must have a permanent residence with a defined work reputed company that is free of distractions
• Must have consistent and reliable high-speed internet reputed company
• Must be available to attend the full first week of training, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• Must be reputed company to work full-time schedule, Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST
• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the reputed company
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous reputed company center experience preferred
• Customer service experience reputed company phone or e-mail communication preferred
